Our Operations department brings together the teams that keep Plejd’s production running smoothly. Operations is hands-on and focused, making sure our products reach distributors with the quality and reliability Plejd is known for.

The Production team builds every product with precision and care, while the Inbound team ensures that materials are always in place when needed. The Quality team verifies that our products and processes meet high standards, while our Logistics and Warehouse teams handle all incoming and outgoing goods, making sure everything flows without interruptions.

The Purchasing team ensures that the right materials are available at the right time and cost. Their work includes placing orders, tracking deliveries, participating in projects, and working closely with suppliers to build strong relationships and grow together.

“It’s about keeping everything running smoothly,” says Johanna, Purchaser. “One day you’re negotiating long-term agreements, the next you’re solving a delivery issue that has to be fixed immediately. That variation keeps the job interesting.”

She also highlights the culture at Plejd, noting that there is a lot of trust. Decisions are made quickly, and problem-solving is a crucial part of everyday life in the workplace.
