This posting is for students that wish to apply to do an internship/thesis/summer job for mechanical design & development @ Plejd. You should have relevant education or relevant background to apply.
As a part of our mechanical development team, you will probably be working with designing, printing, and prototyping products. Other avenues of interest are also researching materials and techniques in manufacturing.
- Experience with Solidworks, Catia or Fusion 360 (or similar software)
- English, spoken and written
Please note that internships are without salary compensation. If you are looking for a paid part-time job you need to have some level of experience and/or be able to deliver with your skills. Unpaid internships are meant as a means of giving students a "real life" education thus we do not demand interns to perform at the same capacity as paid workers. Interns that do perform exceptionally well are usually offered a paid part/full-time job.
